The formation of BRN is initiated by IMC Consulting Group, a fully owned subsidiary of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Singapore.  Membership of BRN is separate from membership of IMC although all ordinary and certified members of the Institute are encouraged to become BRN members.
