OBJECTIVES
This workshop will present participants with an approach to consulting based on development and use of processes & techniques relating to the generation of primary data as an integral aspect of strategic organisational decisions and initiatives. Specific approaches like surveys, interviews and other methodologies centred on the use and management of strategic information are examined with insights into the use of available software tools.
