GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (GCMC)
INTRODUCTION
The Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) which is a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) has been conducting its Management Consulting Skills seminar since 1992. This seminar was later developed into a Post-graduate Certificate course in Management Consultancy. This course aims to provide entrants to the management consulting profession with the knowledge and tools to help them reach highest standards and best practices in management consulting.
OBJECTIVES
The Post-graduate Certificate in Management Consultancy (GCMC) is specially designed :
- To meet the needs of participants intending to acquire added specialist knowledge and skills relevant to professional management consulting.
- To achieve high standards of competence in areas of specialisation and professional recognition as a qualification par excellence that confers upon the recipient accredited status of having achieved the requisite quality of knowledge and skills, with a significant content of best practice relevant to the value add of consulting service.
- To help fulfill his/her professional commitment of Continuous Professional Development and to enhance his/her knowledge and expertise that will benefit both the consultant and his/her client.
AWARD OF CERTIFICATE CRITERIA
To qualify for award of the Graduate Certificate in Management Consultancy, candidates must:-
- Attend at least 75% of the lecture hours for each module
- Sit for and achieve a pass in a written examination and class participation for each of the modules.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Only applicants with a degree or equivalent professional qualification acceptable to the Institute may register. Others may register for individual modules and receive Certificates of Attendance for the modules they attend.
FEES
Any Individual Module Fee: S$1,300
Graduate Certificate in Management Consultancy (GCMC): S$4,700 (4 modules)
Student Membership Fee: S$32.10
10% discount for 3 or more registrations from the same company
Fees paid are non-refundable.

GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN ORGANISATION EXCELLENCE (GCOE)
INTRODUCTION
The Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) which is a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) has been conducting its Consulting Skills Seminars and certifying consultants since 1992.
There has been a growing concern with achieving Organisation Excellence within businesses nationwide. The institute of Management Consultants (Singapore), otherwise known as IMC (S), have therefore undertaken the initiative to launch the Graduate Certificate in Organisation Excellence (GCOE), to help enhance the knowledge and skills of participants, so as to achieve greater heights in Organisation Excellence.
OBJECTIVES
The Graduate Certificate in Organisation Excellence (GCOE) is specially designed :
- To meet the needs of participants intending to acquire specialist knowledge in Organisation Excellence and in the field of Management Consulting in Organisation Excellence as well as Business Development.
- To gain a professional qualification that confers upon the recipient the accredited status of having achieved the requisite quality of knowledge and skills within the Organisation Excellence Division.
- To help fulfill his/her professional commitment of Continuous Professional Development and to enhance his/her knowledge and expertise that will benefit both the consultant and his/her client.
- To provide consultants as well as internal staff with key concepts, strategies and processes in achieving Organisation Excellence.

To qualify for award of the Certificate in Human Resource Consulting, candidates must:-
- Attend at least 75% of the lecture hours for each module
- Sit for and achieve a pass in a written examination and class participation for each of the
modules
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Only applicants with a degree or diploma or equivalent professional qualification acceptable to the Institute may register. Senior OE Directors/Managers with extensive practical OE experience, but do not have the academic qualification may also be considered.
Others may register for individual modules and receive Certificates of Attendance for the modules they attend.

Any Individual Module Fee: S$1,250 (10% discount for 3 participants or more from the same organisation)
Graduate Certificate in Organisation Excellence (GCOE): S$4,500 (4 modules)

EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (ECBM)
INTRODUCTION
The Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) which is a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) has been conducting its Consulting Skills Seminars and certifying consultants since 1992.
OBJECTIVES
The Executive Certificate in Business Management (ECBM) is specially designed :
- To provide the critical practical insights and enhance capabilities in managing a business enterprise.
AWARD OF CERTIFICATE CRITERIA
To qualify for award of the Certificate in Human Resource Consulting, candidates must:
- Attend at least 75% of the lecture hours for each module
- Sit for and achieve a pass in a written examination and class participation for each of the
modules
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Applicants with a Diploma or above in Management Studies or equivalent professional qualification acceptable to the Institute may register.
Senior Directors/Managers with extensive practical experience, but do not have the academic qualification may also be considered.
Others may register for individual modules and receive Certificates of Attendance for the modules they attend.

Executive Certificate in Business Management (ECBM): S$4,500 (4 modules)

GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (GDMC)
INTRODUCTION
This course aims to provide entrants to the management consulting profession with the knowledge and tools to help them reach highest standards and best practices in management consulting. Based on the feedback from past participants and a high demand for the course, the Institute has further developed a Post-graduate Diploma programme to establish a benchmark of competence in the best practice of management consultancy in Singapore and as well as to certify Post-graduate professionals as Associate Management Consultants.

The Post-graduate Diploma in Management Consultancy (GDMC) is specially designed :
- To meet the needs of participants graduating from the Graduate Certificate in Management Consultancy (GCMC) and intending to acquire added specialist knowledge and skills relevant to professional management consulting.
- To achieve high standards of competence in areas of specialisation and professional recognition as a qualification par excellence that confers upon the recipient accredited status of having achieved the requisite quality of knowledge and skills, with a significant content of best practice relevant to the value add of consulting service.
- To help fulfill his/her professional commitment of Continuous Professional Development and to enhance his/her knowledge and expertise that will benefit both the consultant and his/her client.
AWARD OF DIPLOMA CRITERIA
To qualify for award of the Certificate in Human Resource Consulting, candidates must:
- Attend at least 75% of the lecture hours for each module
- Sit for and achieve a pass in a written examination (for GCMC modules) and class participation for all the modules
- Undergo an internship period or complete a written project
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Only applicants with a degree or equivalent professional qualification acceptable to the Institute may register. Others may register for individual modules and receive Certificates of Attendance for the modules they attend.

Graduate Diploma in Management Consultancy (GDMC): S$13,500 (8 modules+project)
Discounted price of S$10,800 for the full GDMC programme for registration before October 2009.
