EOGM held on 14th July 2010

IMC (Singapore) held an EOGM to consider and approve the following Constitutional Changes. 

1. To discontinue with the IMCS Panel of Advisors and pass its powers to the IMCS Board of Governors.
2. The new Board of Governors will have 4 nominations from IMCS from a total of 13 members. The President of IMCS will be one of the four ex-officio members and will act as Secretary to the Board.
3. Introduction of the renewal of certification of Certified Members with CPE programs the details to be determined by the IMCS Council.

The Constitutional Changes will take effect after approval by the Registry of Societies.
